High pressure milk homogenizer is special equipment of the liquid material thinning and high pressure transportation. It is composed of frame, wheel box, pump body, pressure meter, homogenizer and so on.
High Pressure Fresh Milk Homogenizer is used for homogenizing liquid material (liquid or semi-liquid with viscosity less than 0.2Pa.s and less temperature 80℃). The working principle of high pressure milk homogenizer is mainly through the reciprocating motion of three plungers, the raw material will enter homogenizing valve in a high pressure way. After homogenizing, the fineness of raw material can reach less than 1um.
It is widely applied in milk, Dairy and other fields.
